Beer nut:
“I got violently sick after eating a rotten coconut in the middle of the night. It tasted like beer. It was fermenting. There were little white and brown maggots in it. I threw up for days. So coconut is ruined for me.”

For love or money:
“I'm very pro-love. On the island I learned a lot about myself and money. Now I know what I'd do for a million dollars and what I wouldn't compromise, which is friendship.”

Oral hex:
“I am a huge mouth hygiene person, so [not having any floss] was an issue. I used sand to brush my teeth, so it was getting in between the teeth that was a problem. It was awkward, but it worked.”
